Every evening throngs of people returning from a day's work gather in the central Beit Midrash of Beit Yosef to hear a captivating 2 hour lecture given by our own Rav Batzri as the "Daf Hayomi". The daf hayomi shiur on Talmud Bavli given by our Rav, is one of the largest in the country and its participants are from all colors of the rainbow, avreichim, baalei batim, baalei teshuva…etc. who gather to thirstily drink Hashem's words; and this shiur is in great demand for it is conveyed in a flowing language and sweet, pleasant words. Besides being a shiur on Talmud, it includes halacha of daily life, guidance for the Jewish home, child rearing and stories of great Rabbis.
